La palabra
Fábrica viene del latín fabrica: taller, oficio de artesano, lugar donde algo se construye con las manos. Y de faber: artesano, forjador, el que hace.
Nómada: el que viaja, el que trae, el que aprende de cada lugar por donde pasa.
La idea
Cocinamos un bistrot italo-francés en Almerimar con técnica y respeto por dos tradiciones culinarias enormes. Pero traemos productos, recetas y formas de hacer de los viajes que nos importan. Italia y Francia como raíz; el resto del camino como inspiración.
La casa
La madera, las mesas, los muros, los detalles — los hicimos nosotros. No es decoración: es la primera carta. Lo que vas a comer está hecho con la misma idea con la que está hecha la sala donde lo comes.
La cocina
Bistrot italo-francés. Producto cuidado, recetas que se respetan, sin prisa. Sin trucos.

The word
Fábrica comes from the Latin fabrica: workshop, the craft of an artisan, a place where things are built by hand. And from faber: artisan, forger, maker.
Nómada: the one who travels, who brings back, who learns from every place along the way.
The idea
We cook an Italian-French bistrot in Almerimar with respect for two great culinary traditions. But we bring back products, recipes and ways of doing from the journeys that matter to us. Italy and France as roots; the rest of the road as inspiration.
The room
The wood, the tables, the walls, the details — we made them ourselves. It is not decoration: it is the first menu. What you will eat is made with the same idea as the room where you'll eat it.
The kitchen
Italian-French bistrot. Careful produce, recipes treated with respect, unhurried. No tricks.
